Triple Hop Pale Ale – Brewed in Crete, this handcrafted, aromatic, unfiltered and unpasteurised beer is a fusion of the Greek passion for creation, the Greek high quality raw materials and the Belgian love for beer. A Pale Ale with clean bitterness and citrus aromas that will leave you with a honey aftertaste.

TSI PAREAS – ΤΣΗ ΠΑΡΕΑΣ: LAGER

CHANIOTISSA – ΧΑΝΙΩΤΙΣΣΑ: Orange Wit

An orange-scented beer made with barley and wheat malts as well as carefully selected hops. For the development of “Chaniotissa” we collaborated with someone who knows orange better than anyone else: BIOXYM. The result of this collaboration is a refreshing Orange Wit that will take you to a garden in Chania full of trees loaded with oranges. It will make you fall even more in love with the city. Cheers!

GIANNI’S: DRAGON ALE ~ SOLD OUT

Αφιερωμένη στο Γιάννη (και τον κάθε Γιάννη) που είναι νέος αγρότης και παράγει τα δικά του Dragon Fruits στις εξωτικές Μουρνιές εδώ στα Χανιά! Μια μπίρα δροσιστική , με ροζ χρώμα, γλυκό στίφη γεύση και φουλ καλοκαίρι διάθεση.

To Giannis, (and every Giannis), who is a young farmer and produces his own Dragon Fruits in the exotic Mournies here in Chania! A refreshing beer with a pink colour, sweet tarty taste, and full summer mood.

WE ONLY HAVE NOW: NEIPA ~ SOLD OUT

“We only have now”, a beer dedicated to the temporary, to the now, to the present which is often sacrificed for the future or because of a burden from the past. Our new batch beer is a highly aromatic Session NEIPA with a light body and aromas of peach, mango and grapefruit. For its brewing, we used organic farming malts (as in Bio Pils, which you can taste exclusively at the beloved “Steria”) and generous doses of Citra, Simcoe and Mosaic hops. You will find it for limited appearances!

ORPHEUS: BREAKFAST STOUT ~ SOLD OUT

Orpheus (from the Greek word Ορφνη/Orphne: the darkness of night). A Peanut Butter Stout that we made in collaboration with @lafkas_mill (because no one knows better how to make peanut butter), our friend Homebrewer @mois_homebrew and @verocereal with its wonderful oats that we use once again in our beer! Our beer is of limited production and you will find it in our brewery.

MILKY WAY : IPA ~ SOLD OUT ~

IPA: The beer we developed with our friends from @xaos_brews is now ready to find its way to your glasses. An IPA with a wonderful nose, body and color that will take you to another “galaxy”. Production is very limited, so be fast. 

BLACK SHEEP – ΜΑΥΡΟ ΠΡΟΒΑΤΟ: Breakfast Stout ~ SOLD OUT ~

Breakfast Stout – The very first breakfast stout brewed on the island of Crete was created in collaboration with VERO CEREAL and KROSS COFFEE ROASTERS. We used five different types of malt and oat (the exact same oat that VERO CEREAL is made of). The coffee aromas that arise from the beer were inspired by the special roasted Colombian coffee from KROSS COFFEE ROASTERS. This exceptional stout ages well, developing a refined complexity and intense aromas. With powerful notes of roasted malts, coffee, caramel and chocolate, its surprisingly soft aroma combines a warm roundness with a refreshing taste.
